Our most important properties include the NORDICA Building and Gate Nová Karolina in Ostrava, Premium Plaza in Karlovy Vary, Office Park Hartigova and KCD 4 in Prague. We also have interest in hospitality development project Hotel Smíchov in Prague. We are currently preparing a project for the tallest building in the Czech Republic.
